Children's Health Ireland ( CHI) at Temple Street is one of Irelands major tertiary pediatric hospitals and a national referral center for a wide range of complex and rare childhood conditions, including craniofacial care through the National Pediatric Craniofacial Centre and a comprehensive cleft lip and palate service. Cleft care is delivered collaboratively across CHI at Temple Street and CHI at Crumlin, with multidisciplinary teams providing  surgical , medical and allied health care.

CHI is in the process of transitioning services from its existing hospital sites to a single , state of the art National Children's Hospital campus, which will integrate acute, specialist, and ambulatory services on one site. This move will enhance multi-disciplinary collaboration, streamline care pathways, and improve access to comprehensive , family centered pediatric services for children and young people across Ireland.
